Loan Servicing Specialist - Client has been in business for over 50 years. We service over 500 loans and have hundreds of long-term Investors. Fidelity offers competitive pay a 401K match profit sharing and paid health benefits to all of its employees.

Responsibilities

The Loan Servicing Specialist will process borrower and investor payments demands payoffs and reconveyances.

The Specialist will also board loans monitor property taxes & insurance make advances when necessary and in some cases handle collections and loan modifications.

This is an in-office position (on Wilshire Brentwood) and the Specialist will be communicating with borrowers investors and management on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Loan Servicing Experience including the responsibilities described above as well as strong verbal & written communication skills.

The candidate should have a clear understanding of Notes Deeds Title Policies and Settlement Statements. Bi-lingual and experience with The Mortgage Office (loan servicing software) is a plus.

A College Degree and a California Notary License is another plus.
