Compliance And Risk Management Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Compliance and Risk Management Program Manager to join their team. As a Compliance and Risk Management Program Manager, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Compliance and Risk Management Program Manager Location : Bellevue, WA (On-site, hybrid work model requiring onsite presence 3 days a week) What's the Job? + Perform compliance assessments, including documenting processes, narratives, and testing controls to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. + Identify gaps in control environments and develop effective remediation activities to address issues. + Lead scheduling, testing, and remediation efforts during designated periods to ensure timely resolution of control failures. + Create and deliver training materials to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements across departments. + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating to address compliance concerns and improve processes. What's Needed? + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Audit or Compliance within IT, Financial, Operational, or Regulatory sectors. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Experience with GRC tools such as AuditBoard, RSA Archer, or MetricStream is a plus. + Strong understanding of control environments and risk management frameworks. + Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
