EHS Manager
EHS Manager - Build Safety Into the Future Location : Remote (with regular travel to customer job sites) Type : Full-Time

As our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence - from R&D labs to manufacturing floors to customer construction sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and lead company-wide EHS programs that keep people safe and operations compliant
- Conduct safety assessments, lead inspections, and resolve risks across labs, assembly areas, and field deployments
- Train employees, contractors, and field techs on safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and best practices
- Develop sustainability initiatives that reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and support our eco-conscious mission
- Own compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations - and keep documentation sharp and audit-ready
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions with a proactive, no-blame mindset
- Create site-specific safety plans for customer installations and ensure field teams follow lockout / tagout, fall protection, hot work, and other critical protocols
- Represent the company on job sites, coordinate with GCs and subcontractors, and lead toolbox talks like a pro
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, construction, or field deployment environmentsStrong knowledge of OSHA 1926 / 1910, EPA regulations, and local safety codesExperience with robotics, equipment installation, or construction site safety is a big plusExcellent communication and collaboration skills - especially with customers and contractorsWillingness to travel regularly and work in dynamic field conditionsBonus Points for Certifications
