Member Service Representative (Call Center - Credit Union)
Schedule : Five days / week, 8 hours / day. Two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday). 100% Onsite Position, great attendance required to stay in good standing. Available shifts : 10am7pm (available) + 12pm9pm (available).
Training : 3-month training period, MondayFriday, 8 : 00am5 : 00pm (must be available for these hours). Pay : Starting at $18 to $20 / hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do : Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center. Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions. Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand. Take loan applications and follow through on member needs.
What They're Looking For : Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people. Previous customer service or retail experience. Call center or financial institution experience is a plus. Strong computer and multitasking skills. High school diploma / GED required.
