Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist

Location : Gillette, Wyoming

Salary Range : $85,000–$95,000 (up to $100,000 max)

Extras : Sign-on bonus + Relocation assistance available!

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic outpatient neurology team. In this role, you’ll make a lasting impact by helping patients of all ages improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills—all within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You won’t just treat symptoms—you’ll change lives.

Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.

Perform swallow evaluations (bedside and instrumental, if trained / credentialed).

Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goals.

Collaborate daily with neurologists, physicians, therapists, and nurses.

Educate patients and families, giving them tools for success beyond the clinic.

Document care thoroughly and uphold the highest professional standards.

Stay current through team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.

Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current state licensure (or eligibility).

CCC-SLP from ASHA.

Strong communication skills + commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care.

Preferred : Experience with neurological conditions, dysphagia, or cognitive-communication therapy.
