You'll lead installs, run small crews, and represent us well on-site with homeowners. You're someone who shows up ready, owns their work, and keeps the job moving.

Minimum Requirements :
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 4 years of HVAC installer experience (residential or commercial) that includes reading install manuals, wiring diagrams, and layout plans
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle
Preferred (Not Required)
- NATE certification
Key Responsibilities :
- Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in residential settings, with some crossover into light commercial work as needed
- Interpret layout plans, equipment specifications, and install guideline
- Maintain professional communication with homeowners and team members
- Supervise small teams, mentor apprentices, and maintain a culture of accountability
- Ensure high-quality, code-compliant installs-no shortcuts, no callbacks
- Uphold safety standards and lead by example on every jobsite
- Solve field challenges quickly and professionally using experience and sound judgment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient worksite always
- Low voltage thermostat wiring

- Pre-employment tests include background check, drug test (Marijuana not a disqualifier) and DMV records check
- Will coach / mentor apprentices and manage jobsite workflow
- Strong communication and accountability / people trust your word
- Excellent customer communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or rooftops
- Typically work within 30 miles radius of Stayton area. Some work sites will be further. On rare occasions, could require an overnight (expenses paid by company)
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- Typical Monday through Friday; 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Hours can vary based on business needs. Possible overtime
- Pay : $29 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
