Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively facilitate and support our agile processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Proven experience in a similar role

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Jira or similar project management tools

Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies

Background in business analysis

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies

Collaborate with product owners to ensure backlog is well-groomed

Support the team in removing blockers and improving processes
