What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help maintain order.

Conduct regular and random patrols within the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a welcoming environment.

Observe for unusual activity or potential security-related issues and report findings according to company procedures.

Work closely with location staff and other Allied Universal personnel to support a collaborative working environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Experience in loss prevention, access control or badge systems, customer service, and possession of a state, county, or city issued security-related license and / or guard card are preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
