Design Engineer - Water Treatment

Engineering Analytics, Inc. is now a part of MacKay Sposito and as we build our Water Treatment practice, we are seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Design Engineer to join our team in Fort Collins, CO.

This engineer will be required to travel about 20% of the time.

Base pay range : $42.00 / hr - $50.00 / hr

Salary information shown below is a general guideline; salaries are based on experience and qualifications. The wage range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00 / hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of water and wastewater treatment systems, including process modeling, equipment selection, and preparation of engineering drawings and specifications
• Support the preparation of technical reports, and cost estimates for water treatment projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on civil, mechanical, and process design tasks related to treatment facilities and infrastructure
• Perform calculations related to hydraulics, chemical dosing, and process performance under the supervision of senior engineers
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and emerging treatment technologies
• Ensure designs and deliverables comply with company quality standards and applicable codes and regulations
