Key Responsibilities :

• Provide rejuvenating massage services using props and products tailored to guest needs.
• Administer body treatments, including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Conduct assessments of guest needs and identify any contraindications such as allergies or health conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and workstations.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail offerings to guests.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety during treatments by regularly checking in with them.
• Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following standard operating procedures.
• Stay current with industry techniques and maintain your licensure as per regional requirements.
• Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
• Foster positive relationships with guests and team members through clear, professional communication.
