Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC and secondary proficiency in Java and JavaScript to design, develop and maintain a Claims Management Application. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega PRPC applications for Claims processing, ensuring compliance with business rules and workflows
• Develop and configure Pega case types, flows, activities, data pages and integrations
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP / REST APIs and custom connectors
• Utilize Java and JavaScript for custom components, UI enhancements and integration logic
• Perform unit testing, debugging and performance tuning of Pega applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards and security guidelines
• Provide production support and resolve application issues promptly

Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. The software engineer contributes to development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance, and collaborates with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : $106,230 to $145,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to : Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
