Job description? 8+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in Pega and mainframe environments. ? Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, business rules, and integration patterns. ? Experience in insurance domain, especially in claims processing and automation. ? Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD environments. ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ? ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred. ? Act as the primary point of contact for testing leadership during transition. ? Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals. ? Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and strategic connects to drive consensus and resolve conflicts ? Risk & Compliance - Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans. ? Ensure all testing artifacts, environments, and tools are transitioned securely and compliantly. ? Support audit and compliance teams with required documentation. ? Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs for transition success (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, KT effectiveness). ? Provide weekly dashboards and executive summaries to customer and internal leadership.

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- ? Expertise in Pega PRPC, functional and automation testing, and Agile SDLCs
- ? Strong understanding of manual, automation, performance, and UAT testing. With exposure to GenAI technology
- ? Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, ALM, Tosca, LoadRunner, etc.
- ? Commercial Insurance, Underwriting, Claims domain experience
