Residential Sales Professional
Mitchell Heating and Cooling has over 45 years experience with an overriding goal to achieve total customer satisfaction.
We are seeking to add to our growing Retail Sales force.
Must have great "can do" attitude with high level of integrity, honesty, and a genuine caring for our customers are key attributes required of our team members.
Pay Scale : Minimum target $100,000 plus compensation opportunity! Base salary + Commission + Spiffs + Benefits
Benefits : Medical, Paid Time Off, Company Phone, Company Uniform, Company Vehicle
Work Hours : Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Consumer Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly.
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years consultative sales experience
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products
- Valid driver's license
- Clean, insurable driving record
