Leading Youth Policy Organization with community-focused expertise seeking 4 + years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, and post-production to plan, film, edit, and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals.

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to produce engaging videos for advocacy, training, and community communications.

Requires experience with video production workflows, camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and post-production editing.

Activities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand video goals and target audience.
• Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
• Manage setup, coordination, and troubleshooting on set.
• Edit raw footage into polished video content using software like Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Add effects, graphics, transitions, voiceovers, and background sound as needed.
