AWS EKS Engineer

A company is looking for an EKS Engineer / Administrator to design, upgrade, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.

Key Responsibilities

Create, configure, and manage EKS clusters and node groups

Monitor cluster health, performance, and ensure compliance with security best practices

Automate cluster provisioning, scaling, and updates using Infrastructure as Code tools

Required Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and capability to obtain a federal background investigation

Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud technologies, with at least 3 years in Amazon EKS administration

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience

Proven experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI / CD pipelines

Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks
