Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our housekeeping team- a turndown attendant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

• 1+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment

• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• A passion for cleanliness and organization

• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull up to 30lbs.

• Use your genuine and authentic personality to make a positive impression on guests while preparing rooms for the evening,

• Approach every guest and employee interaction as a confident problem solver, delivering the highest level of hospitality and accommodating special requests whenever possible

• Uphold meticulous attention to detailand Four Seasons quality standards.understandingthe impact a spotless room has on the guest experience

• Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively,assistingwith guest requests and operational needs

• Answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator
