Looking for candidates local to Beaumont / Port Arthur Area (Southeast Side)

Overview

We are seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer / Coordinator with knowledge in I&C and Electrical Design, focused on brown field project execution and interface with site teams and India for coordination.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of I&C & Electrical Design.

Knowledge of Deliverables : Single Line Diagram, Load List, Instrument Index, Loop Drawings, Specifications, Schematics, Wiring, Cable Schedule, Junction Boxes (JB) and SOW, etc.

Brown field projects execution.

Understand Project Scope and objectives for Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering Projects.

Perform field verification, gather project-relevant technical documentation, conduct technical review meetings, and provide site feedback / data / inputs to India team.

Work with site Project Manager and Engineering team to address project execution roadblocks.

Facilitate Project Review, Engineering Design Review and 3D Model Review meetings.

Collaborate with Engineering Design team in India for project coordination, vendor coordination and design updates.

Maintain a broad understanding of engineering disciplines with primary focus on Electrical and Instrumentation.

Control Panel Engineering knowledge is preferable.

Travel to sites as needed by the onsite team.

Minimum : experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design and project coordination; ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with international partners.
