We are a well-respected California workers' compensation defense firm. We defend all aspects of workers' compensation claims for employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and municipalities. Responsibilities

Handle all phases of defense in workers' compensation matters — from intake and investigation, through discovery, depositions, trials, and settlement negotiations.

Represent clients in cases involving Labor Code 132a, serious & willful misconduct allegations, etc.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents with precision.

Work closely with clients (employers, carriers, administrators, municipalities) to counsel them on risk, strategy, and liability.

Liaise with medical experts, investigators, adjusters, and court personnel.

Stay up-to-date on changes in California workers' compensation law and practice.

Local Focus, Less Travel : Most of our work is concentrated in LA County. You'll only be assigned to your local venue. Nearly all depositions are handled via Zoom, cutting down on unnecessary commuting.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in Worker's Compensation Defense.
