Key Responsibilities

Efficiently adjudicate claims through investigation, evaluation, and negotiation

Determine coverage, establish reserves, and negotiate settlements within authority

Provide exemplary customer service and maintain high availability for insureds and colleagues

Required Qualifications

Must be licensed in the Resident State / Designated State and NY

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Knowledgeable in insurance products and expertise

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and organizational skills
