Job description
A company is looking for a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient history and formulate care plans
Manage medication, including prescriptions and patient methods of use
Monitor health outcomes and coordinate care with other medical staff
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
2+ years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment
Technology-savvy with experience in telehealth services
Ability to work in a secure, private office environment
Willingness to comply with HIPAA and company policies
