Location : Santa Fe, TX

Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering / Design Manager to lead and expand our engineering department. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, confident leader with a strong understanding of design modification processes, quality control, and process optimization. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the Engineering Department , fostering growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle , from designing and developing new valve products to ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Manage all engineering documentation, designs, and drawings , upholding high quality and process control standards.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team (including direct reports and external partners), driving efficiency and project completion on time and within budget.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and manufacturing, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
