  • Role Overview :

  • As an Account Executive at Foundation AI, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Focused on plaintiff-focused law firms, you’ll engage directly with decision-makers, demonstrate our platform's unique value, and build lasting relationships that accelerate business success.
  • You will be supported by a dedicated Solutions Engineer for product demonstrations and technical expertise, allowing you to focus on strategic discovery, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • What You’ll Do :

  • Drive New Business : Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients within your assigned territory, proactively building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Own the Sales Cycle :

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach and discovery calls to in-depth product demos, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Build Relationships at Scale :

  • Establish trust and credibility with law firm stakeholders, including partners and operations leads, by understanding their unique needs and tailoring your approach.
  • Educate and Influence :

  • Clearly communicate Foundation AI’s value proposition, conducting presentations and product demos that resonate with plaintiff-focused firms.
  • Travel Strategically :

  • Attend key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build your presence and deepen relationships.
  • Periodically visit prospects in person to strengthen connections and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally :

  • Work closely with your Solutions Engineer, marketing, implementation, and account management teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets :

  • Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company growth objectives.
  • Leverage Data and CRM :

  • Diligently manage your pipeline, record progress in HubSpot, and use data-driven insights to optimize your sales strategies.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven Sales Performance : A strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B sales environment.  Legal Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with personal injury litigation workflows and case management systems is a plus.
  • Experience as an ex-employee of a law firm is encouraged.
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence :

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Consultative Mindset :

  • Skilled at conducting thorough discovery, understanding customer pain points, and customizing presentations to align with buyer needs.
  • Resilience & Drive :

  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
  • You possess a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and a relentless focus on results.
  • Tech-Savvy :

  • Comfortable using modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and quick to learn new technologies.
