In this position, Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancement within the Digital Product space, focused on our Digital Storefront, a digital experience available in mobile, web, and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades (e.g., BlueCruise Autonomous Driving). The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward to the next generation, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.

What you'll do...

• Define strategy, manage a portfolio of products and enhancements
• Enhance / create new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance
• Analyze data and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, and product managers
• Operate strategically and tactically, work independently under time constraints
• Take on end-to-end ownership and deliver results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
