About this role

BILL is on a mission to make it simple to connect and do business. Our platform serves millions of small and mid-sized businesses, and we are rapidly expanding our product offerings through innovation and acquisition. The Platform Identity & Multi-Entity team is at the core of this mission, responsible for building the foundational services that govern how our customers access, manage, and interact with their organizations across our entire product ecosystem.

As a Principal Product Manager , you will own the strategy and execution for some of our most complex and critical platform domains : Identity (Authentication & Authorization) , Organization Services , and our Multi-Entity architecture. You will be tasked with solving the technical and customer experience challenges that arise from a multi-product, multi-system environment. Your work will directly impact developer efficiency, system integrity, and our ability to deliver a seamless, secure, and unified experience to our customers.

This is a high-impact, strategy-focused role that requires deep technical product management expertise, a passion for solving complex systems-level problems, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver foundational change.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$216,900-$271,200 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$184,400-$230,500 USD
