Job descriptionActive AIA (American Institute of Architects) licensure is highly desirable Lead end-to-end project execution for a portfolio of healthcare clients, including hospitals and medical offices Collaborate closely with clients to understand project needs and ensure design alignment Oversee back-of-house design coordination and documentation Report directly to the Principal Architect and serve as a key liaison between design teams and stakeholders Ensure all designs comply with FGI guidelines and meet state health department requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications :
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience utilizing Revit in healthcare design projects
- Proven track record of managing healthcare projects from concept through completion, including direct client consultation
- Strong understanding of FGI (Facility Guidelines Institute) standards and state health department approval processes
- Ability to produce construction documentation or delegate design specifications across all phases of the architectural design process
