Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist

In this strategic role, you will develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns that drive disease awareness, support product launches, and enhance patient engagement across digital, social, print, and event platforms. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. A Day in the Life You will be responsible for :

• Creating compelling, patient-focused messaging and content that aligns with global brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Management, Sales, Clinical, and Regional Marketingto deliver cohesive strategies that maximize patient impact.
• Managing digital assets (websites, email campaigns, social media) to optimize patient engagement and conversion.
• Supporting educational events and webinars, including booth design and lead generation activities aimed at patients.
• Analyzing market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Monitoring campaign performance in real time and adapting strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
• Ensuring all marketing activities comply with internal policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Must Have : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns.

Nice to Have : Strong understanding of the cardiac / structural heart space is a plus. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and address challenges before they arise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and CRM tools. Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).
