Key Responsibilities

Process medical record requests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while maintaining confidentiality of PHI

Monitor incoming requests and assist in overflow processing as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Entry-level position, no prior experience required

Ability to process requests within 24-48 hours of receipt

Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
