JOB SUMMARY

The OPERATING ROOM SCRUB / CIRCULATOR RN provides scrub / circulator nurse services in the operating room during surgical procedures and as a member of the surgical team, assists as needed according to established procedures.

EDUCATION

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

LICENSURE

Current and unrestricted license in the state of practice.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Years of Experience : 2 Years Experience (2 Years Operating Room recent OR Experience

Must have circulate and scrub experience.

andidates need to have strong experience in at least 2 of these four specialties

Skills :

CREDENTIALS

Current CPR at least to the BLS level; and other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and / or regulatory agencies.

Certs : BCLS

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Various client facility settings; possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials.
