If you have a passion for financial and lending services and working with the public, we would like to offer you the needed training for your professional growth in the lending industry. Key responsibilities for this position :

• Collections Management : Managing daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments.
• Campaigns and Prospecting : Executing renewal campaigns, managing leads, and scheduling appointments with clients.
• Customer Service : Utilizing active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Administration and Operations : Supporting log control, maintaining office order, and performing general administrative tasks.
