Job descriptionSet up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes and milling machines Perform milling, turning, and other machining operations according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality issues Previous experience operating CNC lathes and mills, including small and large equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of milling, turning, and other machining processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude High school diploma or equivalent preferred Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work with advanced CNC equipment Supportive team environment with potential for growth ????
