Shipper Support - Logistics Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in managing daily freight movements for North American fulfillment centers. Responsibilities :

• Support freight operations by ensuring smooth shipment processes.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Execute processes to meet standard work expectations consistently.
• Develop performance metrics to drive business results.

Work Environment :

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. The role offers a hybrid work environment with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, while office presence is required on Tuesday through Thursday.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
