Job descriptionMeet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals. A property & casualty license is a BONUS Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.

Our office is continuing to grow and we have an opening for insurance sales representatives to join our award winning team. Our newest insurance sales representative should have a career mindset and be motivated to succeed! If you have the desire to break into the insurance sales industry, we can train you to be the best!
Our main goal is for our insurance sales representatives to continue to drive growth while always putting ???the client??? at the center of our attention.
