Clinical Shift Schedule : Mon Fri, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Clinic and OR); estimated 15 shifts / month
On-Call Shift Schedule : Night call during the week

Minimum commitment : 1 week at a time; preference for 6+ month availability

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active Illinois license or IMLC in-hand required

Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

DEA : Active DEA Certification required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty

Other Qualifications : None specified

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide urology services in clinic, OR, and hospital settings

Perform cystoscopies and general urology procedures

Participate in weekday night call coverage

Respond to ER and inpatient consults as needed
