REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

POSITION: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
PAY RANGE: $25–$35/hour
Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.
LOCATION: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
SCHEDULE: THIS SPECIFIC JOB POST IS FOR AFTERNOON CASES RANGING FROM 3PM-8PM - AFTER SCHOOL CASES
HOURS RANGING FROM: 15–25 HOURS PER WEEK
START DATE: ASAP — We can’t wait to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to awesome kiddos (in homes and schools)
Following treatment plans created by our incredible BCBAs
Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (we’ll train you!)
Working hand-in-hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive
Bringing the energy, compassion, and care that makes a lifelong difference
