Manage and develop a team of Client Success Managers, providing mentorship and performance management

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Client Success team

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in client success and managing client relationships

Strong leadership and people management skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing KPIs

Familiarity with health tech SaaS
