Bridgeway Community Health is currently seeking a qualified
Maintenance Specialist
for our growing facilities department!

Primary Purpose
This position is responsible for general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment, and ground maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs various work in the maintenance and repair of buildings at various facilities / sites.
- Repairs and treats structures such as floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets.
- Cleans debris from roof gutters as necessary; performs minor troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments of locks on doors, cabinets, desks, and closets; repairs door hinges.
- Changes filter on various ventilation units; reports mechanical malfunctions to the appropriate party for action.
- Moves and assists in moving furniture and equipment at various facilities / sites.
- Sets up and breaks down cubicle partitions.
- Assists in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as directed.
- Maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites.
- Attending staff, department, and / or team meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least one year of maintenance and general contracting experience.
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Valid Oregon Driver's License and be insurable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Perform duties as assigned by the work order(s) received.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Ability to identify projects requiring the services of a higher-skilled craftsperson.
- Ability to work in multiple areas.
- Completes service requests and updates work logs for specific site requirements.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Assists with special projects periodically as directed.
Scheduling
The position may require availability to work a varied schedule, including days, mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The schedule will be generally set week-to-week with occasional adjustments for staffing.

Compensation will vary, depending on experience.
