Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Asc Manager. Responsibilities include managing a portion of our Systems Engineering team, working with the Chief Systems Engineers and other Systems Engineering leaders to manage program priorities and tasking, and performing staffing and performance responsibilities in coordination with HR and established processes. The role also involves establishing, managing, and communicating team company expectations, goals, roles, responsibilities, and objectives to the team. Additionally, support to critical program area Engineering skill development and execution of core System Engineering tasks for System Integration are required.
Basic qualifications include systems engineering process knowledge or experience, complete lifecycle experience with engineering processes and reviews, familiarity with government programs, and demonstrated program / project management and / or leadership skills. Active or current TS / SCI with Poly is required to start. Desired skills include broad experience with the engineering life cycle processes and tools, experience with ground command and control systems or mission planning systems, and experience in space to ground segment integration, among others.
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration. The clearance level is TS / SCI w / Poly. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The schedule for this position is 9x80 every other Friday off. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate's final work location. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
