Job description7-10 years of experience in Pega development Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC 8.x versions Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is highly preferred Hands-on experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, Decision Rules, and UI development Experience in integrating Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and Kafka Proficient in designing and implementing reusable components and frameworks Solid understanding of database concepts and writing SQL queries Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with application architecture standards
- Develop and configure case types, data models, flows, UI, activities, and integrations
- Build REST / SOAP services and integrations with external systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Pega solutions for performance and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
