CMM/VMM Programmer

Dynamic Manufacturing has an exciting opportunity for a CMM/VMM Programmer to join our growing Team! The role of a CMM/VMM Programmer involves developing and optimizing programs for Coordinate and Vision Measurement Machines to ensure precise measurement of parts and components.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• CMM/VMM Software: basic use of software like PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, Calypso and MeasureX.
• Assist in creating basic CMM/VMM programs and perform routine measurements.
• Basic understanding of GD&T, familiarity with CMM/VMM Software, and strong attention to detail.
• Operate CMM/VMM machines, collect and analyze measurement data, and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Proficiency in using metrology equipment, basic technical drawing interpretation, and good analytical skills.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Full Dimensional Layout: 1st

Piece, in-process, 3rd

party supplied precision machined parts, and internally fabricated tooling.

• Develop & revise Job Instructions or other documents as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.

• MSOffice: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills with good understanding of math.

• Mechanical aptitude & willingness to learn.

• 2 ~ 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment.

• Ability to work in manufacturing production floor & be able to lift to 30 lbs.

• Bilingual English/Spanish, or English/Polish helpful
