A company is looking for a Director of Renewals to lead the customer renewal process and develop a new renewals team.
Key Responsibilities
Hire and manage the renewals team to achieve customer retention and revenue goals
Own the renewal strategy, including forecasting, pipeline management, and renewal playbooks
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to align renewal timing and upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
8+ years of experience in Account Management or Renewals Leadership in a B2B or SaaS environment
6+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription revenue models
