Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician / Inspector for Real Property Management-Richmond Metro.

RPM Richmond Metro is seeking a full-time individual who enjoys driving and taking photos. This individual would be reliable, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.

The position is multi-faceted and includes interfacing with customers / homeowners, driving, taking detailed pictures and data collection.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and general knowledge of construction / maintenance. Candidate’s role will be inspecting properties with an elevated level of attention to detail while interacting with homeowners / clients onsite.

On the job training will be offered to the chosen candidate who displays the characteristics mentioned below.

  • Provide active communication between clients and office staff.
  • Current legal driver’s license.
  • Willing to travel for inspections throughout Greater Richmond Area.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Transportation to and from subject properties. Driving and taking photos.
  • Onsite data collection which includes interior / exterior photos.
  • Timely delivery of data.
