Responsibilities
We want to welcome you to the family, so being a good fit is key. Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to :
Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and assess applicantsConducting a high volume of phone screens per dayScheduling interviews and coordinating calendars with Hiring LeadersSourcing candidates through social media, networking, job boards, referral, and using an out-of-the-box thought process to increase our talent pool of qualified applicantsActing as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for improvementsQualifications
Must Have Qualifications :
1+ years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field preferably in customer serviceMinimum of 1 year experience in sourcing or screening active and passive candidates, or high-volume call centerExcellent written and verbal communication and follow up skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hiresExcellent computer skills and organization skillsStrong work ethic with a drive to hit production goalsThis position requires regular, on-site attendance
