Your Role
As the Housekeeping Manager at Encore, you'll lead the team responsible for maintaining the interior cleanliness and presentation of our luxury entertainer coaches. These aren't just vehicles—they're premium living spaces for high-profile clients. Your leadership ensures that every coach leaves our facility looking flawless, feeling fresh, and ready to impress.
You'll oversee daily cleaning operations, train and develop a high-performing housekeeping team, manage supply inventory, and serve as the final checkpoint before a coach hits the road. This role requires someone who thrives on detail, leads with consistency, and sets the tone for cleanliness, pride, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, setting daily expectations and maintaining high accountability
- Coordinate and assign cleaning tasks based on coach movement, ensuring all areas—restrooms, kitchens, beds, upholstery, and storage—meet Encore's luxury standards
- Train and develop staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and Encore-specific presentation standards
- Inspect finished work and conduct quality checks before coaches are released, ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Report and document any damage, maintenance concerns, or items left behind so the proper teams can take action
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring availability, proper storage, and usage tracking
- Ensure safety and compliance by enforcing procedures aligned with OSHA and internal company policies
- Continuously improve processes and team performance through hands-on coaching and operational feedback
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires minimum of 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning operations—but candidates with fewer years will be considered if they can demonstrate the ability to perform all responsibilities at this levelAt least 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role, with proven ability to manage daily operations and coach team membersStrong understanding of interior cleaning, fabric care, sanitation, and visual presentationClear communicator who leads by example and drives high standards through structure and supportAble to work on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and assist with physical tasks as neededNice to Have
