Construction Project Manager
Our client is seeking a commercial construction project manager. This role will involve both work in the field and in the office.
This is a great chance to join a team for the long haul. Must have 5 years of commercial PM experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial building projects
- Work with company's software
- Manage Budgets
- Maintain accurate timelines
- Create schedules
- Office and Field Work
- You will be in charge of all phases of the projects (includes pre construction phase)
- Manage construction team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ Years Commercial Construction Experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
