Associate Attorney

Berchem Moses PC is seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our growing

• Municipal and Land Use practice

Key Responsibilities

Represent municipal clients in matters involving :

Land use and zoning

Property tax assessment appeals

General civil litigation

Freedom of Information Act compliance

Municipal contracts and regulatory issues

Minimum Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Active member of the Connecticut Bar in good standing

Minimum of 4 years of legal practice

Valid motor vehicle license

Preferred Qualifications

Admission to practice in Federal Courts

2+ years of experience in municipal law and / or land use and zoning
