Requirements Locums - Everett
Needing emergent coverage starting in October. Providers will need to have a clean file, active license and be very responsive with paperwork in order to have emergency privs in time.
There are also ongoing coverage needs at this facility, if a good fit, provider would be continued to be scheduled for the following open shifts :
- October 6-12
- October 20-26
- November 3-9
- November 24-30
- December 15-22
- December 22-28
- December 29-31
OT would apply after 10 hours per day, not 40 hours per week.
