Generate leads and foster relationships with potential clients.
Assess clients' insurance needs and provide personalized solutions to fit their needs.
Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options to choose from.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
Maintain professionalism and integrity in any client interaction.
Requirement
P & C License (220 or 20-44)
Previous experience in insurance sales with the Florida P & C market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required but highly desired
