Job descriptionStrong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Experience with content planning and keyword mapping Understanding of how AI affects search and SEO strategies Ability to do SEO audits and prepare improvement reports Familiarity with schema markup, page speed optimization, and indexing Knowledge of AI content tools like Surfer SEO, NeuronWriter, or Frase Understanding of programmatic SEO or dynamic page strategies Experience optimizing for local SEO or multi-location businesses Basic HTML / CSS or CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow) Friendly and collaborative team that shares ideas and wins Room to try new SEO tactics and bring your creativity Direct access to marketing, design, and content teams No micromanagement – take ownership of your campaigns Competitive salary with performance bonuses Opportunity to test and learn new tools and strategies Build SEO campaigns for real clients and real impact Work with modern tools and hands-on mentoring Full-time, office-based role with learning-friendly environment
As an SEO specialist, your real strength is in your smart thinking and love for ranking results. You know SEO is not just about keywords and content— it’s about creating useful information, making websites better, and staying updated with changing algorithms. You are curious, data-oriented, and know how to balance what search engines want with what users need.
In this role, you should understand how to make the right SEO strategies and adjust them based on different business needs. Every business is different, so you must know how to create plans that fit the niche and ensure expected results. You should also be open to using the latest AI tools and stay updated with new changes in SEO.
Who You Are
At the same time, you must have good knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO. This includes doing website audits, improving website speed, fixing errors, and making sure everything is optimized for search engines. Whether it’s a CMS like WordPress / Shopify or a custom-coded site, you should be confident in handling it all. If you have these qualities, YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH FOR OUR TEAM.
What You’ll Do
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO for websites and landing pages
- Research keywords, competitors, and industry trends
- Plan and apply traditional and AI-supported SEO techniques
- Optimize website speed, structure, and user experience for better rankings
- Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
- Track keyword positions, organic traffic, and backlink growth
- Assist with link building through outreach, directories, and guest posts
- Collaborate with the content team for SEO-friendly blogs and web copy
- Stay updated on AI tools, voice search, and semantic SEO trends
