Job descriptionCompetitive compensation reflective of experience and responsibility A growing environment with opportunities to advance your structural engineering career Exposure to a variety of project types from commercial structures to specialty site-related elements A supportive team-oriented culture rooted in quality communication and technical excellence The ability to contribute ideas improve processes and help shape project outcomes Designing structural components including foundations retaining walls slabs framing systems and miscellaneous structural elements Preparing calculations drawings and technical reports Reviewing civil site plans and coordinating on load paths grading impacts and constructability considerations Completing field inspections construction observations and structural assessments Collaborating with civil engineers surveyors project managers and architects Ensuring compliance with codes standards and best practices Supporting the development of junior engineering staff as needed Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 2-5 years of structural engineering experience preferred Proficiency with structural analysis and CAD modeling software Strong understanding of building codes load calculations and structural design principles Ability to manage project responsibilities with strong attention to detail Effective communication and a collaborative solutions-driven mindset Motivation to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to a multidisciplinary engineering team
