Description : JOB PURPOSE

The Aluminum Process Sales Manager serves as the strategic leader for SECO / WARWICK’s aluminum thermal processing solutions. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, responding to customer inquiries, and representing the Aluminum Process (AP) division as its primary face to the market. The manager will leverage deep industry knowledge and strong customer relationships to position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

/ Sales Strategy & Execution

o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aluminum processing, annealing, homogenizing, and heat treatment systems.

o Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical questions.

/ Client Engagement & Representation

o Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for SECO / WARWICK’s Aluminum Process division.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, and executives.

o Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.

/ Technical & Commercial Expertise

o Prepare and present customized techno-commercial proposals.

o Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions.

o Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to guide strategy.

/ Marketing & Industry Presence

o Represent SECO / WARWICK at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

o Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional content and campaigns.

/ Internal Collaboration & Reporting

o Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and service teams.

o Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and customer feedback.

/ Travel Requirement

o Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support project development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

/ Proven sales experience in the aluminum processing industry or 5+ years of proven industrial sales experience.

/ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

/ Fluent in English.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

/ Knowledge of actionable market segmentation and analysis to deepen understanding of customer's buying behavior.

/ Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the senior professional levels.

/ Proven track record of account management and sales success.

/ Strong aptitude to succeed in a technical and relationship driven business.

Education and Experience

/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.

/ 5–10 years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in aluminum processing or heat treatment.

/ Strong understanding of aluminum thermal processing technologies and market dynamics.

/ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

/ Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
